Central circuit training
Circuit training session in South London. Level 1
The next Level 1 training block starts Sunday 29th January 2017. It will run for 6 weeks.
Sign up closes Friday 27th January and there are limited spaces act fast.
Where: Tooting bec, South London
When: every sunday for 6 weeks. Starting 29/01/17
How much: £35 paid upfront. That's just £5.80 per session
Duration: each session lasts 1hr
Time 11am
This 6 week course will push you to your limit while being fun and engaging. It is designed for men and women who are relatively new to exercise, or have not done consistent exercise for a while and want to get in better shape.
Our circuit training sessions are a great way to:
improve muscular definition
lose weight
boost cardiovascular fitness
cross train for upcoming events
increase mental and muscular endurance
feel like a boss!
We have three circuit training levels as seen below.
Level 1 - Getting started/ getting back.
Level 2 - Breaking barriers
Level 3 - Top tier
Personal training
Personal training is available 5 days per week excluding weekends. Your personal trainer will help you work toward your personal goals and help you track your progress. We will also provide nutritional advice and design a bespoke workout programme so you can train in-between your personal training sessions.
Personal training sessions can take place at your home, local park or office at flexible times throughout the day or evening. We provide PT sessions within large parts of London mainly focusing on Central, but give us a call or drop us an email with your postcode included and we'll get back to you.
PT session, paid on the day (individual session)
£55.00 per hour
PT paid in advance (4 or more sessions)
£50.00 per hour
If your goal is to condition your body and get into the best shape of your life, this is the place to be. We offer personal training at your home, work or local park and group circuit training sessions in South London.
Please note that these sessions are not part of our Wing Chun classes. These are separate training sessions focusing mainly on calisthenics. Some exercise equipment will also be used to provide you with a full body workout session to help you change your world.
All out trainers are fully qualified PT's registered with the register for exercise professionals.
